Rhonda Carew has deep roots in Orange County, as a fifth generation native. After graduating from the University of California, Irvine, she began a career in Marketing Communications, specifically focused in the Homebuilding Industry. Rhonda and her partner, Janice Hinshaw, built and ran a highly successful marketing firm from 1991 to 2003. The company was then acquired by the homebuilding company, Lennar, which opened the door of opportunity for her to spend a majority of her time passionately focused on multiple charitable endeavors.Jill recently retired from a 24-year career at the Disneyland Resort where for the last 18 years she servedas the executive overseeing all of the resorts Corporate Citizenship efforts.

She joined the Public Affairs Division as Manager of Disney Educational Programs in February 1994 and was responsible forimplementing numerous educational programs with 27 local school districts and established strong relationships with the Orange County Department of Education and the California State Department of Education.

Rhonda is on the board for Festival of Children Foundation as well as other boards. She is also involved with Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and Habitat for Humanity, City of Hope, American Heart Association and Donate Life. Rhonda currently lives in Coto de Caza with her husband, Rod. They have two children, Cheyenne and Devon as well as one beautiful granddaughter, Avibleu.
